THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, IDAHO, KANSAS, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, OREGON, SOUTH DAKOTA, UTAH, WASHINGTON, AND WYOMING WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the ULTRA Weekender Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (as defined below), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hardpart Media LLC, 8660 E Hartford Dr Ste 307, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 (“Sponsor”). Monster Energy Company (“Monster”) is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes. The “Monster Energy®” names, logos, and/or materials are used for purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Monster’s sponsorship of this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, and not to Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Facebook.]

Odds. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction as of the date of entry. All directors, officers and employees of Sponsor3 and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm PST (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter -Website Entry; Limit on Entries. To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes website at https://hardpartmedia.com/monster-ultra-nashville-sweepstakes/ and complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form, including entrant’s full name, birth date, mailing address, email address and phone number.

Entrants may also enter via the QR code found on Sponsor and/or Monster Beverage branded advertising materials. Entrant will scan the QR code using a web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader app (free to download) to be directed to the Website where entrant would follow the directions above to enter, provided that no Entrant may receive more than one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes. Only entries submitted during the Entry Period will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the potential winner will be disqualified. Limit of one (1) entry per person/household for the Sweepstakes.

Random Drawing; Winner Verification. Potential prize winners will be selected from a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 1, 2026. Each potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone (as applicable) submitted with the potential winner’s entry form. Sponsor and its agents will not leave a voicemail, answering machine message, or other message when attempting to contact a potential winner. Each potential First Place Prize winner shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release (the “Release of Liability and Publicity Release”) within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept a prize, any Sponsor required documents are not returned on time, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, it may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which each prize will remain unawarded. Limit one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes per entrant/household.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Prizes.

· One (1) First Place Prize. One (1) First Place Prize winner will receive one (1) ULTRA Weekender Getaway 3-day/2-night trip for winner and up to five (5) travel companions to Nashville, TN (the “Trip”), which Trip will consist of the following: (a) round-trip economy class airfare (up to six (6) tickets); (b) vacation home rental accommodations for 3-day/2-night stay at a Sponsor-specified private home in the Nashville, TN area; and (c) $1,000 gift card for use dining and/or attractions. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the First Place Prize is $4,775.

· Ten (10) Second Place Prizes. Ten (10) Second Place Prize winners will each receive one (1) Dyson Supersonic Nural™** hair dryer. ARV for each Second Place Prize is $399.99.

· Twenty-Five (25) Third Place Prizes. Twenty-five (25) Third Place Prize winners will each receive one (1) $150 Massage Envy™*** gift cards. ARV for each Third Place Prize is $150.

Additional First Place Prize Terms. First Place Prize is subject to airfare and lodging accommodation terms and conditions, including, without limitation, security and guest conduct, health and safety, and applicable bag policies, and prize winner and travel companions must comply and abide by all such terms, conditions, procedures, policies, protocols and mitigation measures. The Trip must be taken between May 18, 2026 to July 26, 2026. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming nearest First Place Prize winner’s primary home to Nashville, TN in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual retail value of Trip is dependent upon airport of departure/departure point, and any difference in value will not be awarded. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The First Place Prize winner must travel with their travel companion(s) on the same itinerary. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, meals, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from the First Place Prize winner’s home residence and the lodging accommodations are the First Place Prize winner’s sole responsibility. First Place Prize winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the lodging owner’s sole discretion upon check-in, and all lodging charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to the First Place Prize winner’s lodging will be charged to that major valid credit card. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from the First Place Prize winner’s or travel companion(s)’ changes to itinerary or accommodations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Travel companion(s) must be 18 years of age or older and age of majority at time of travel or the First Place Prize winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the travel companion. Travel companion (or First Place Prize winner/as the parent or legal guardian of a minor travel companion) will be required to execute a Release of Liability and Publicity Release and return it via email to the Sponsor prior to travel. All travelers must possess valid travel documents (i.e., REAL ID, passport, etc.) in order to travel. Sponsor will not be responsible for force majeure events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, pandemics or any natural disaster, that may cause changes in the schedule of any element of the First Place Prize or the cancellation of the Trip, and ultimately these Official Rules will govern in any of these cases. It is recommended that the First Place Prize winner and his/her travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. First Place Prize winner and travel companion(s) agree to follow any required COVID or other protocols that may be in place at time of travel. First Place Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the actual retail value of the First Place Prize. In the event the First Place Prize winner and travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, eject them from any applicable lodging, and send the First Place Prize winner and/or travel companion(s) home with no further compensation to the First Place Prize winner.

Additional Prize Terms. Total ARV for all prizes is $12,524.909. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person/household for the entire Sweepstakes. Second Place Prize and Third Place Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 30 business days after the conclusion of the drawing. Gift card prizes are subject to all applicable terms and conditions of gift card. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty, guarantee or representations, either express or implied by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any cash prizes. If required by law, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Other restrictions may apply.

Publicity/Use Rights. By accepting any prize, each entrant consents to the use of entrant’s name, voice, and likeness, including all accompanying personally identifiable information entrant submits or Sponsor obtains in the course of entrant accepting any prize, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice, attribution or compensation (other than the specific prizes described herein) to entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant authorizes Sponsor to collect, use, process, transfer and store all data provided by entrant, including without limitation, personal data, to the United States, or any location(s) throughout the world that Sponsor deems necessary, whether within entrant’s country of residence or elsewhere, and with such party(ies) as Sponsor deems appropriate, for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement, available at https://hardpartmedia.com/privacy-policy/. Personal information will be used only to: (a) provide information about the Sweepstakes; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) if an entrant selects to receive additional information from Sponsor on the entry form, to send additional information to that entrant during or after any Entry Period. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy statement of Sponsor.

Release and Limitations on Liability. By participating in all or a portion of the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless all directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Monster, [Instagram, Facebook], and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury (including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or travel to any Sweepstakes-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

Miscellaneous. The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to choice of law principles. Entrants specifically agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, or the applicable state located in Phoenix, Arizona; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problems, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation;” the word “or” is not exclusive; and the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” and “hereunder” refer to these Official Rules as a whole. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules, and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

For notification of the winners (first name, first initial of last name) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ULTRA Weekender Getaway Sweepstakes, c/o Hardpart Media LLC, 8660 E Hartford Dr Ste 307, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Requests for the winners list will only be accepted after the end of the Entry Period and must be received by September 30, 2026.

Sponsor. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Hardpart Media LLC. Entrants shall not use the trademarks of Sponsor or falsely associate themselves with Sponsor during or after the Entry Period.
