The Difference You Will Make
This isn't a "sit back and forward emails" account management role. We need a senior leader who is tired of playing telephone between clients and internal teams. You will be the primary strategic partner for our core clients, translating complex campaign data into clear business recommendations that drive retention and growth. You won't just execute plans; you'll shape them.

You'll have the autonomy to lead cross-functional teams and the authority to push back when the data says a different direction is needed. We trust you to tell clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and serve as the primary strategic partner
- Develop and present quarterly strategies based on real performance data
- Lead cross-functional teams (media, creative, analytics) to execute campaigns, managing timelines and budgets
- Translate campaign performance into business insights, facilitating client meetings with clear storytelling
- Anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues
- Drive client retention and identify expansion revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on agency growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5-7 years of account management experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record managing multiple accounts and driving retention/growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, content, social)
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex strategies into clear recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives
- Data-literate—can read reports, identify trends, and translate insights into action
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
- New business development or pitch experience
- Background in performance marketing or DTC brands
- Experience managing 6-7 figure media budgets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms
- Understanding of eCommerce and lead generation funnels
